Primate Brain Japan (PBJ) provides brain image data and metadata based on
the following terms of use. The brain image data include T2-weighted and DTI
images. In contrast, the metadata consists of species information (common
name, scientific name, family, Red List (IUCN), range, head-body length,
tail length, weight, gestation period, lifespan, social structure, etc.) and
individual information (specimen ID, gender, age at death, weight at death,
brain weight, etc.).
In this repository, after signing a joint research contract with PBJ's
development and operation representatives, you can access a brain image
dataset in two original file formats (Bruker format and DICOM format) taken
after imaging and a brain image dataset with two pre-processed file formats
(ANALYZE format and NIFT format). The style of the image folder conforms to
the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) (Gorgolewski et al., 2017).
In this repository, you can also use metadata other than brain image data,
but you must agree to the terms of use.
